Before meeting Nikki I had spent about 30 years being afraid to put my face in the water. I am a "mind over matter" sort of person and had tried many times to overcome my problem but somehow I just found that I always choked, coughed and spluttered if I didn't hold my nose. This resulted in me being a very poor swimmer who avoided watersports and even kept my face out of the shower.
After just 30 minutes with Nikki we had started to solve this problem. At the end of that very first lesson I could put my face in the water and blow bubbles through my mouth. I went home elated with the progress I'd made and annoyed that it had taken so many years to find someone to help me.
Since then I have become a confident swimmer, completed the PADI Open Water Diver course and been scuba diving in the Canary Islands. I now have a little boy and can enjoy taking him swimming too. I am so grateful to Nikki for her tuition and would recommend her to any adult non-swimmers.
